High quality longline fish

Pacific Cod

Gadus macrocephalus

North Pacific, Alaska

Wild caught in the cold pristine waters off Alaska. Cold water means healthy fats and high nutrition. The professional handling of these cod by the Alaskan and Seattle fleets from the minute they hit the decks until the time they are frozen, usually at sea, ensures all the nutrients are preserved. The delicate white flesh and mild taste lend themselves to numerous dishes.

Tilapia

Oreochromis niloticus

Hainan Island, China

Farmed in the clean ponds of rural as of yet undeveloped Hainan Island. Some of these fish are raised in net cages in reservoirs which do not come in contact with the bottom. Others are raised in sweet water ponds and are raised on premier feed on a strict schedule. These  practices ensure none of these fish have a tell-tale earthy taste sometimes noticeable in fish from other companies from other provinces.
